In 1924, Louis Keller and Hank Greenbaum started Star Moving.

Despite the depression of the 1930's, Star continued to grow and expand--building a reputation as a quality company throughout the Greater Cincinnati region.

In the forties, Paul Helmes went to work at Star Moving. Following the death of Mr. Keller, Mrs. Keller offered to sell the business to Mr. And Mrs. Helmes.

In 1957, the business was incorporated in the State of Ohio.

Through the years, Star Moving and Storage has changed to meet our customer’s needs. First transforming from a local household goods mover, to a long distance household goods mover. Today we are embracing technology to support our goal of providing quality services for all of our customers throughout Cincinnati and around the Globe.

In 2002, Star Moving and Storage was a finalist for the Greater Cincinnati Small Business of the Year and Winner of Achievement of Excellence Award.
